The customer service from APTVEL really impressed me. I bought this humidifier for our bedroom, mainly to help with dry air at night, and it’s been working great so far. It arrived quickly, which was a nice surprise.
At first, I thought the unit wasn’t misting properly and reached out to customer support, thinking there might be an issue. They responded incredibly fast-within about 30 minutes-and were already offering to help troubleshoot or replace it if needed. Turns out I hadn’t set it up correctly, so the problem was totally on my end.
Even so, I was really impressed by how patient and responsive they were. It made me feel confident about the purchase and definitely added to the overall experience.

I bought both the 10L and the 3L humidifier two years ago and they have been working great! They are easy to take apart and clean and I’ve been cleaning them once a week, but I feel I could have pushed in to every 10 days. Our living room is 400 sqf and the 10L keeps the humidity level great, while we use the 3L in the office. I love the sleak design of the 10L especially. There are several moisture levels, and it makes no noise at all. We use it throughout the winter here in Colorado where the air is extra dry and we’re extremely satisfied. I need to send a huge shoutout to the customer service. If there are any issues they go above and beyond to help you out. They have a loyal lifetime customer in me for sure!

I have been using humidifier for a couple of weeks now and have no complaints. I enjoy its ease of use. The size is more than adequate for my room size and what I really like is that I don’t have to remove anything to refill the large container. Remember to pay attention to the fill line or you will end up with an overflow as I did (completely my fault – not paying attention). A bit pricey but I enjoy using it. I gave a four star instead of five because of the price.

Nice large water capacity, can go for a few days running 24/7 depending on the weather and how dry the air is. It does pump the water up from the bottom stand/reservoir so you will hear occasional pump sounds that run for a few seconds. So it is louder for bedroom use. I don’t notice it, but my spouse does. All is all still a great humidifier with not needing to fill it as often. I carry the entire base to the handheld showerhead and fill it that way.

Absolutely recommend this humidifier. This is my second winter with this item. I run it 24 hours during the coldest temps. Set the humidity level you want and it shuts off at the set percentage and restarts automatically. I use cold mist and running it consistently, refill it with a gallon 2ce and about a half gallon once. The unit holds about one and a half gallons when empty. I will purchase a larger version of this unit so I can refill it less often. It’s easy to clean.

This is perfect for my ferns. The timer is the best feature in my opinion, it keeps the humidity at exactly the desired setting.
Do note you must elevate this and not place on a rug or the floor directly as it can cause the humidity to be off, it must be elevated to work properly
With the Texas cold fronts and my ferns being in a North facing window, the heated diffuser works harmoniously with my AC settings to keep my plants happy and with cooling or heated mist for their growth.
